Cancelation & Premature Departure
Room cancelations are only valid in writing! In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, you will be charged the following:
In case of cancellation from 30 days before arrival we charge 50% cancellation fee from the total price.
From 15 days before arrival we charge 70% cancellation fee from the total price.
From 7 days prior to arrival and no-show we charge 90% cancellation fee from the total price.
In order to avoid the cost of unnecessary cancelation penalties, we strongly urge you to take out holiday cancelation insurance in advance. Our partner insurance company is Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Pets are not allowed!
Arrival & Departure
On arrival day, rooms are available for check-in after 2 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please notify us ahead of time! On departure day, we ask you to check out of your room by no later than 11 a.m.!

Please transfer your deposit amounting to 30 % of total charges to:

We also accept credit cards (except for Diners Club and American Express). Be sure to notify your bank in advance that you plan on using your credit card abroad.
