Cancellation, early departure

At delayed arrival or earlier departure we have to calculate the room-rate. Thank you for your understanding!
In case of cancellation the rules of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply!

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival rooms are available from 2 pm. Please let us know if you are expecting to arrive after 7 pm.
The rooms should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
